As I knew the score had been picked up by Mondo I was listening out for it, but it never really stood out. Maybe it's one of those ones that benefits from being heard away from the visuals, but having the visuals in mind when listening.
I find it strange that McCreary's work on the Walking Dead remains largely unreleased. It's probably the only part of the show that hasn't got a bit lazy - I think the last 2 or 3 seasons have had many highlights, musically. It's strange that his score for a show like Outlander is out there, but TWD isn't, other than a couple of tracks.
