Some people seem put off at first thinking it's just another cheap serial killer trash film, but it is much deeper and more sinister than that. I would not say it was enjoyable to watch, but it was difficult to look away. Supposedly, Michael Rooker wore his own clothes in the film and stayed in character throughout the entire shooting if you believe the tales. Interesting guy...Yeah I kind of knew of what it is and it's reputation but never really looked into it. Wanted to catch it on prime a couple months ago but I was with people and thought they probably didn't want to have a heavy movie for the night. I think I'll try to watch it soon. Maybe this weekend. I've seen a lot of the classics but some cult stuff I never had the occasion to see. Like, I don't think I saw any Abel Ferrara except for Ms.45. I never saw Natural Born Killers. They might not have been distributed as widely in Canada when I was young and I used to rent VHS and stuff.

Never heard of Takashi Inagaki, or those films, wild stuff indeed.
Not sure how official these Japanese ost comps are out of Italy. I had assumed they were bootlegs, but not completely sure. The sound quality is better than I remember, and the music is killer fuzz grooves. I think it is a collection of CD only stuff put on vinyl. Great stuff but would prefer full osts rather than comps.
