Yes, thanks as well @million!
And €22 including shipping feels like it's for free after that box that dropped yesterday.

While not a soundtrack, the band Dallas Acid has their new "Spa Hunter" up for pre-order (out early November), and it'd be of interest to some folks here. From their label's bandcamp page:

The third LP by DALLAS ACID invites the listener aboard an ultraviolet Dreamliner of modular sequences, sprawling Moog synthesizers, quaking gongs and celestial vox. SPA HUNTER recalls moments of American minimalism, early German electronic music and Stockhausen inspired pop. An electrifying yet tranquil cruise through the fantasies of the mind.

You can hear a track and pre-order here: https://flyingmoonlight.bandcamp.com/album/spa-hunter.

I have their first two albums, and I quite enjoy them. Their earlier efforts are more in the vein of krautrock-ambient.

Know some folks on here will be interested in this Belbury Poly / Jon Brooks + Jim Jupp slice of retro inspired electronica (@mateo, looking at you, sir) - up for pre-order now:

https://ghostbox.greedbag.com/buy/outward-journeys-0/

Interesting (but, admittedly, cool) that these companies are now adding a ltd cassette option to the mix.

Gracias, Spun. The vocals threw me a bit, but I think I like it.

I don't think the vocals are on every track... am so used to listening to scores and instrumentals these days as a preference when I'm writing.

Does anyone mind if I cheekily hi-jack this thread for a moment for our own two cassette releases tomorrow for Cassette Store Day 2017? Ltd to 150 copies worldwide and on sale October 14th.

WORRIEDABOUTSATAN - BLANK TAPE (with Bonus Alternative Mix...these guys also have something unrelated coming out soon via DeathWaltz I believe)
STEFAN BACHMEIER - ANOMALY ON MEADOW LANE (spiffing sci-fi electronica, curated by electronic musician Polypores)

Available from Transmission Wax, Norman Recs (who put 'em on pre-order and almost sold out I believe), Rough trade, Two Headed Dog for the USA, and also my local Banquet Records..... as well as the Spun Out Of Control Bandcamp (http://www.spunoutofcontrol.com)

Download cards included with all shop copies... instant digital download if buying tapes from Bandcamp.

Soundcloud listening links here:

Spun, do you happen to know if 2HD will be making your tapes live at midnight their time, or will they be available for order sometime during the day?

@spun

Sounding great, I no longer have a tape player but still will definitely be picking up Anomaly on Meadow Lane.

A new French label has just released a stunning Bernard Parmagiani unreleased modular synth 80's Sci-fi OST
'ROCK'
remastered from the master tapes.
This looks like a label to watch, they also have a nice sounding philippe sarde score for preorder too, and no silly limited coloured wax :D

It is sold out on bandcamp but available at boomkat and the like.

From experimental-music label Helen Scarsdale Agency:

Ekin Fil
Inflame OST
Cassette / Digital

Release Date:November 17, 2017
Pre-order through the Helen Scarsdale Agency: $7.00

Istanbul's drone-pop producer Ekin Fil turns her sites to the big screen for the first soundtrack in her impressive catalogue of recordings. Inflame (2017) is a psychological thriller laced with paranoia and nightmares, directed by Ceylan Özgün Özçelik and was showcased at the Berlin International Film Festival and the SXSW Film Festival, amongst others.

In making her cinematic debut, Ekil Fil turns synths and electronics, in building the score that in part is brimming with tension and claustrophobia through out all the blank spaces. Always known for her restrained compositions that float amidst ethereal pools of drone and whorl, Ekin Fil sets forth haunting minor-key melodies, monotone arppegiations and plenty of seance-fiction dread. Scattered bits of the film's sound design flicker at the edges of these tracks, as an aural hallucination that dissolves as quickly as it becomes evident. Dubbed electro rhythms creep through the recursive leitmotifs and variations on themes always cast in a dim, crepuscular light.

Less informed by the retro-garde aesthetics of Carpenter and Argento, the spectral electronics of Inflame's soundtrack finds its neighbors in the skeletal sprawl of Raime and the darker ambient propositions sponsored by Posh Isolation.

It's finally here! This is widely available for pre order with a ship date of November 3rd. Votary have done an excellent job with these Libaek reissues over the years. I'd love to see them tackle Sven's Boney as well.

Too much happening this month....can’t pull the trigger on that box set. Got a DW pressing coming to me anyway so I’ll be content with that. Any other time and I’d be stupid enough to drop this, but between mondocon, the NOES set, re-upping on Cadabra sub and forthcoming waxwork sub, this month has wiped me out, and that’s just wax purchases...the blu ray reissues this season have been nuts...all good problems to have haha.
