Hit me up if you have any questions, or any trade lists ;). be careful if you are paying more than peanuts, and also by saying that be aware that some gems are cheap and shouldn't be slept on.
I would say the mid to late 80's stuff is more niche than the early 80's and 70's stuff. Also a lot of the 70's BGM stuff was actually released in the early 80s.
Be wary that an anime film may have several releases connected to it e.g. BGM/OST, Hit Song collection, image album (usually a synth re-score), symphonic suite version or Drama edition (not good if you don't speak Japanese :D)
There are a few English drama lps though, like the yamato box set I previously posted.
