Get Out - what a flick.

Im still convinced the origin of this film was that Eddie Murphy bit from his standup 'Delirious'. Was the very first thought I had when I heard the title, and seeing the film just solidified the thought. Would love someone to ask Peele in an interview!

That was an excellent movie experience :-)
I new nothing about the contents only heard how lot's of people loved it and thought it was very scary and funny and smart.
Couldn't agree more. Excellent!
Waxwork is probably going to release the score and I can imagine some great packing but the score by itself I am not so sure... Very effective during the movie, but as a stand alone listen I doubt I will play it more than ones. But who knows.

Post-Deliverance backwoods survival flick with Hal Holbrook. Uncut Code Red release has some gnarly violence, but it's the breakdown of the male group dynamic that keeps it interesting. Not a bad flick!

It's above 30 degrees Celsius here and I have a free day. That means the screening of Wonder Woman at 11:40 am is not a bad idea. And almost no one else in the theater. Very nice.

Well, since I have too many hours between episodes, I started rewatching original TP, at the season 1 finale already with dale in the casino...pretty amusing given the events of the return haha

And indeed it is perfect timing as I'm flying to Vegas in about 8 hours, so hopefully I get some "Mr jackpots" action. All I can say is "HELLOO-OH"

Hooked up the laserdisc player and scaler in the basement of the new joint. I haven't had it hooked up to a tv in years. Still something lovely about laserdisc's analog goodness. :)

I love that score. Only 5 tracks ever officially released, which are often found on my work playlist....I would spend probably an unreasonable amount of money for a vinyl of that score.
