BTW I have 2 of these as I bought another copy after the first one was clearly overgraded by the seller - bought it as NM but it has a fair amount of constant crackle/surface noise so that is a (solid) VG.

However, I got a full refund for it and could keep the record which was a nice gesture by the seller (they still made some money on me as I have bought other records from them). To make a long story short I would give away that copy (as mentioned sound VG, sleeve is VG+) to someone on here who would enjoy having it (you would need to cover my shipping costs, around €10 for Euope and most other parts of the world). So pm me if you are interested (first come first serve).
That is really nice of you. Don't have it yet but waiting on a Japanese copy at some point as a companion to my 7".
Sure it will go to a good home.

Oh man, this is killing it right now. On marbled clear gold vinyl, limited to 500 through Country Club Records. Another superb release from the Morricone Youth vaults, part of their plan to release all of their live scores on wax:

If you're lucky enough to be in NY environs, you can catch them performing this live to the film on April 23rd, at the House of Independents, Asbury Park, NJ.

I'd be there in a New York minute, personally!

No shit - this is legitimately as good if not better than NOTLD. Getting heavy rotations right now. Great sound too! Whoever is mastering/pressing your releases guys....stick with them!! :D

Nice spins! God, every time I see that PoD artwork I remember how much I dislike it! Yet I know folks who like it just fine. Diff strokes eh?

I have been alternating Killer Nun and The Neon Demon all night while I alphabetise my horror/sci fi section. Good times! ;)

Yeah I'm not a big fan of the POD artwork myself. Way off tonally.

So good, static

Got this in the mail today. The first track Dornroschen is killer, reminds me very much of an "Italians do it better" vibe like chromatics or desire.

Checked this out on Spotify because of you and then had to order it from Amazon. Hopefully they actually ship it to me.

I'm stoked to hear it. The band is local for me, and shamefully I've never managed to see them, but I think their label might be also and it shipped last night, so hopefully by the middle of the week I'll be spinning this sucker

Can I shamefully confess that this is one of those LPs, bought on a whim, and because I like live scores, and because I'm a fan of all things Louis Feuillade, and because I saw James Blackshaw support a band I was in once and he was pretty damn great......

...and somehow it managed to get 'filed before play' and lost in the racks until my recent sort-out?

So it's a 2xLP release on Tompkins Square.

JAMES BLACKSHAW - Fantomas: The Faux Magistrat (Live at Theatre du Chatelet, Paris on Oct 31st 2013)

and as it happens it pretty bloody wonderful. Guitars, piano, drums, flute, violin, sax, vibes, electronics...will not be the last time I spin this.
