just realized the same seller sold Lesiman's Here And Now Vol1. and 2 for about 580 € in total. considering they were unplayed, the price appears to be a real bargain for todays circumstances, haha!

Yikes that is a big price... I don't know that record. It is odd, I think prices have peaked and going down for many titles while others are increasing.

@texas, what you're saying about prices having peaked confirms my own (much less qualified) observations - why would that be? And what, you reckon, dictates what's on the up, and what isn't? Reissue? Inclusion in mixes and instagram feeds? Sampling history? Certain labels?

Wow, 25 minutes! That's just crazy. The longest single-track LP I own is a Pete Namlook/Richie Hawtin collab, where they trimmed seven minutes off the track just to get it down to 22 minutes to cut onto a single side. The grooves are so thin it's almost unplayable!

I'm not sure... you'd think reissues decrease the price, but sometimes the opposite is true like the records Intervallo has put out. Those originals have sold for stupid prices recently. it's such a small niche maybe it's just collectors already have some of them and less are bidding? Who knows... Always good when people can snag deals on stuff :)

Also love the description... Everything is trippy, stoned, psychedelic, LSD, fuzz etc. Even the jellyfish image is described as "bizarre"

There a copy of Mhati Fantasy posted too, wonder how much it will sell for.

the Scappo Per Cantare turns up from time to time, but not in the ebay/discogs world...

jesus! that Sea Fantasy auction is wasted. what a battened copy! i paid 30€ for a sealed one. who the hell is willing to pay $400 for a battened copy like that? i know this dude, he is selling stuff on the regular. his describtions are so overhyped. like he was doing drugs when writing.

Always fun to read the descriptions by that seller. Apart from the snippets pointed out by @texas, this one is another favourite: "part futuristic and experimental, part arcane Atlantean with stoned and beautiful composition".

To be fair it's often cool to check out his samples and, for all the hype, the seller regularly has records that are very hard to find. While I have never bid on anything from him I feel there's some education lurking underneath the blurb.

this one is up now over at the Trunk shop. interesting to see that one being repressed by Jonny Trunk. apparently he is doing a new library reissue series on his label. looking worward what will come next.
i am curious how the cover of the repress will look like? anyone who has some Selected Sound originals, knows how amazing these covers are. extra thick, shiny and heavy stuff...
