usually i do not hustle on ebay but when i have found this one last month, i knew i must have it in my collection. threw insane $50 in the pot and ended up getting it for a little more than $20 which i never expected. remember seeing this one on Jonny Trunks digital shop a while ago. you can listen to the album and purchase it for moderate 0.50 £:

ok, technically this is not a library record but since Klaus Weiss is a library warrior and this is one of the greatest boobs covers of all time it fits in here...

this one is wild! played it yesterday at high volume and the house and its inhabitants and its interiors were shaking. i was surprised how much people charge for the record nowadays and i believe you can still pick this up in germany for cheap. this major label release has been pressed in big quantities and i have seen it there at flea markets several times.

Spinning some groovy jazz numbers. This one is 04"A" and pretty good all around. It's the first Intermezzi I've gotten with the jacket. It's a wraparound style not a true jacket, and paper thin. I want to get it scanned, edit the details in Photoshop and print some HQ replicas for the two sleeveless Intermezzi LPs I have.

Best cut on this is "jazz a calcutta" (or "yazz" as the label typo says. Typo on sr-01 too, it says "souspense" instead of suspense!). "Gilgamesh" is also awesome. Both tracks are Alessandroni. Also "Altalena Party" by De Masi.

all percussion! there is tons of library with open drum breaks. i would not be able to make a list list like that...

according the Stringtronics, i can't really help as i never had any reissue of the album. all i know is that the Fifth Dimension label is a little shady so i would recommend the Vadim one.

I actually have Stringtronics on Fifth Dimension and it is almost certainly an "unofficial" release. That said, I think it sounds pretty good. I don't have an OG or a Vadim to compare it to so a bit of a useless post, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got it home. Thought it would sound...shadier.

Boneschi's library output is just bonkers. quirky-funky electronics pioneer! i am overwhelmed by all his CAM and Fonit LP's and pick up his stuff randomly. can't judge on quality on most of his releases though. played this one yesterday. it is nice and was cheap...

this one might be of interest for all the horny and slobbering vintage porn aficionados among us. i believe it is the only library record by Jean Jacques Robert. sleazy & easy is how i would describe this french beauty. there is a good little review @deliriusmusic.at and the guy must have been impressed by the record because he used the album title for the name of his website. i went for the second pressing because it has the nicer high gloss cover and i am a horny little bastard, haha! check youtube as i think the whole thing is there...

...in the early 70s JJ Robert and JM Guise composed the soundtracks for two french softcore flicks, 'Avortement Clandestin' and 'Caroline Mannequin Nu'. the backsleeve points out in white 'High Tension' and 'Love Call' (referred to as 'Erotic Songs') indicating they were used as background illustration music in those films. both are fabulous french sexploitation jerks backed with excessive female moaning. piano, saxophone, hammond, drums, bass & fuzz guitar blend into an incredible intense mix of Groovy Pop, Psychedelic Jazz and weird waltzy beats. the programatic titles of #14 in the legendary Montparnasse catalouge exemplify the steamy psychedelic heat the music emerges from: 'Vision Pop', 'Evatorium', 'Erotic Night', 'Delerius Pop' & 'Thousand Galaxies' are full of psychotic as well as dreamy vibes. on the front sleeve lots of nice definitions in french can be found on 'Delerius Music': 'Improvisation Pop'! 'Atmosphere de Night-Club a Harlem'! 'Nuit Erotique'! 'Evocation En Jerk'!...
