I just received Perfect Blue from Tiger Lab:

I have been looking forward to this, and it's proving to be a rewarding listen. Dark and creepy ambiance, and interspersed with strange choral themes. It's difficult to tell if it's all electronic or human voices in parts. Intriguing sounds, and quite weird in parts, which is exciting. One of the more disturbing listens in recent memory? Uchida's Theme is the big 4/4 dancefloor stomper from the film, and it rips open the B side:

I am really enjoying the output from TLV on all these anime releases, and would love to see what they could do with GitS. :)

Nice sharp and subtle blue colors on this sub vinyl as well

I'm enjoying this ﮔﻮﮔﻮش/Googoosh Finders Keepers re-release very much. It can be gotten for a cheap price and I think it's a fantastic release. The opening track "Shekayat" is a standout for me, it's a bit ominous and tragic. I also really like "Mano Tou". Also : fantastic back cover picture.

Please don't pay the inflated Discogs prices. Seems like a great choice for a reissue, unless there is some kind of problem with the release rights. I would love to see a deluxe reissue with notes and photos. There is a photo floating around of Fabio Frizzi and Laura Gemser together at the original film premiere that would be perfect...

This album is the ultimate listening experience. It feels like a palette cleanser for the ears and mind. I return to this album more than anything else.
