Oh man, I disagree! For me it is a top example of the genre, a hugely influential record, for instance the San Diego "dirty drums" Drumetrics sound/ Gaslamp Killer and Malcolm Catto/Heliocentrics. I think there are definite parallels between this and records like Tago Mago. I am happy for the high quality Schema reissue but an original is high on the want list! The Renzo Restuccia drumming on this record is insane. I let a friend borrow the CD and he never gave it back (grr)

I am spinning Little America again tonight. When I first got this I didn't like it, thought it was too whimsical and a little cheesy, but in time it grew on me and I started to hear the sophistication of the arrangements and depth that my closed-minded initial listens didn't let through. I also like the cover a lot with the perspective of the photo making the statue of liberty appear smaller. Favorite track: synth-driven sound of "Mount Rushmore"

Really lovely library, easy listening and jazz, very pleasant start to finish. Tracks by Alessandroni, Koma, Tommasi, Di Marco, & Tamponi. I hate the sticker someone glued on, it triggers my ocd! The back has one that takes up 2/3 of the back cover!! Translating the Italian to German.

Another nice library, it's like you get two albums in one. The A side is "the sound of instrumental pop" with a couple of upbeat jazz-funk numbers and some groovy easy listening. The B side tracks are all chilled out jazz guitar recordings.

^really like La Natura E L'Uomo. not the best from the series but still, nice and cheap. this one will be reissued by Intervallo very soon. in fact i believe they will ship before christmas for anyone who does not want to spend 50 bucks or more for a OG...

Crazy experimental vibes on this super obscure Carillo library. Elvio Monti. Funny how the A side tracks are all credited to Elvio Monti, while the B side tracks are credited to Mustang-- an alias of Elvio Monti. Another library mystery!
