I've slowly been going through my vampire themed movie soundtracks the past week. Now spinning Tangerine Dream's score to Near Dark on Varèse Sarabande 1987

@tim - Nice spins! I need to track down a copy of Near Dark.
Jimmy_Mike wrote:@deaf, love those two Svens. Any word on the RSD White Horse?
It's in stock at LitA. Very tempting, as he seems to have the Midas Touch. Inner Space is so damn good.

The Rockin' Jelly Bean artwork is out to heah *makes hand gesture*. He was selling prints of this piece at MondoCon last year, and I'm experiencing regret. Excellent sleeve notes on this one. Thank you, Spencer!

Nice spins guys.

@tim-I need to check out Altered States. I love that film.
@deaf-The cover art alone on The Lost Empire is enough to pick up that release.

I'm looking forward to the "It Came From NYC" box set.
The mastering on the box set is being done by J. Yuenger who is mastering most of the current Waxwork releases. I think this will be a great set for any early White Zombie fans. I can retire some of my old Caroline pressings.

@deaf- I think it's the only cover art that I have that has the same front and back. That's actually the back of the cover. The front has the same face image with a red background. I'm really looking forward to this Naked Lunch release later today. I'm really curious to listen to the score, and how this recording by Coleman was put into the mix.

finally got some time to spin the stuff i recieved last week...

Tales From The Darkside is great. absolutely classic horror flick music which reminds me of the time when i was a young kid in the 90s sneaking into my uncles livingroom with a huge VHS collection, watching scary stuff all night with my cousin...haha, good old times!

plus a new batch of Finderes Keepers came in with this beauty among some other great titles. Les Demones is sooooo huge. love the liners of this record and it proves another time why FK is one of the very best labels out there. no hype anouncements, no fancy looking website, no variants bullshit, no bullshit. they just drop bombs secretly

I received the green vinyl version of the box a few weeks ago, the book is amazing, everything sounds good too.
