It looks like 2HD is sold out of the colored pressing of MB. The black vinyl is still available for a couple of bucks less than the colored varient. It was a sealed deal for me. I'm really looking forward to this release. I already love the cover art. Hopefully, the pressing quality is just as good.

I hope everyone who wanted the Return of the Living Dead OST reissue ordered ahead of last week - it is sold out at the label and at all the domestic sources I normally (and abnormally) check. I did score one for myself at retail, but its already hitting the $65+ level on ebay!

We were actually just about to put our version into production , but Beat Informed us they had licensed to someone else as they thought we had released ours a year or so ago.

Whoa, that stinks. I think most of us would've loved to have had a DWRC release of Manhattan Baby. Is that fairly common, Spencer? Can someone just (re)license to another label at will or are their protections against that sort of thing built in? I imagine it can vary wildly from deal to deal.

I ordered a RotLD from Soundstage DIrect when the preorder was announced. I received an email from them a week or so ago telling me that they weren't able to get it. That was a first for me dealing with them. I think It was a preorder for a clear green variant. I thought I lost out on this vinyl that I really wanted. The flippers on eBay are just asking too much. Thanks @Monsterworship for the Newbury Comics exclusive information. I just picked one up!

I chatted with someone earlier today and he assured me that my copy had been allocated and would ship when it would arrive to Amazon. Maybe the fact that I'm Canadian had something to do with the delay in the release. He also upgraded me to free one-day shipping. Fingers crossed.

@ bpwlogan - the only problem I had at SoundStage Direct was when I ordered the box set of Ryan Adams on Broadway the day preorders went live, and they ended up (after several months) sending me a second pressing. A minor annoyance, but still...

@Voodoo_Jim- I've stuck with them a long time. I really like their service. I've noticed over the past few years that they always have a discount code you can use. I like the free shipping too if you purchase a certain amount. I always have an ongoing back order with them. If you have to call them they always pick up the phone. Great service!
