@Dollarhyde: that Klaus Weiss is great. i think Time Singals is a little overhyped and obviously overpriced record. i think the main reason why this became more sought after than the other Weiss records is because it appeared in Gaslamp Killers record collection video...

@milliondollars, Italian library prices are definitely getting crazy. That is my first Klaus library I will definitely be looking up more of his stuff. I have another golden ring library, which is great 'sound music album 6 by Peter Thomas' an underated label Imo.

Now playing this jazzy curiosity,
Ionic scrabble by Claude Vasori. Beautiful musicianship and one of my favourite library sleeves.

Rino de Filippi. Mixed bag of easy listening, jazz, jazz-funk, folk and underwater/experimental library tracks. Pretty good record overall.

Also the auction you listed @million is totally crazy. Is that record really $1500+ good? That's pretty rarified air for library stuff... Nobody bid the $1300 minimum for the "feed back" auction that ended today, and that's a real grail

^ one page back... the drum jams on the Niagara LP are trance-inducing. Damn, what a rad session, especially that first number on side A. Such a great recommendation. This thread is so valuable for music recommendations, but it's surely a death blow to the wallet for most OG copies. I am really tempted with this one though, and I'm sure the cover art has nothing to do with that.

Also, a comment on Discogs said a legit repress of Time Signals is to be released soon?

My god what is going on with prices of library recently. I'm being completely priced out of any OG's and will have to settle for re-issues for evermore. Could be worse I suppose but still.

Interesting Tamponi record. Sounds exactly as the title suggests - synthesizer music in a Baroque classical style.

Mario Nascimbene jazz library on his own label Meridiana. Couple nice tracks on here like 'Mambo del Mare,' 'Rock In Jazz' and 'Classic Beguine.'

@Texasvinyl: really like Meridiana, got two as a gift from a dealer some years ago and was hooked immediately. only last month i was able to find the last missing one of the six to complete the collection.

Two more Intervallo library reissues up, both from the elusive Rotary label. Tecnologia and Tensione Dinamica.

@texas @milliondollars

Just bought the two intervallo releases. The two Rotarys that I wanted they have reissued, thankyou intervallo. The Farlocco lp is blowing my mind as we speak.

No fancy packaging or colours, and I believe these are not from masters, although the previous releases have sounded great. However, Intervallo's choice of material to reissue is fast making it a favourite label of mine.

great title from the Crea Sound library. found this in a shop for 5€ a while back so i guess this one is easy to get. sounds almost like a lost italian gem. fuzzy, loungy, jazzy with ocasional scat. actually a very solid record and the only Dave Sarkys record that i own. i can imagine his other records do not sound bad either...
