I'm disappointed that Mondo didn't get the licensing for this. The art they revealed at MondoCon was sexy.
Watched this last night, was surprised by the quality of the score (and the movie too). Didn't think I would be excited by a bombastic block buster type score, and one that is essentially a rework of a classic theme, but very happy to see this release announced. Saves me posting it in the ost on vinyl wishlist thread.

Thanks!
Easiest £8 I've spent in a long time, not yet sunk in to the whole album but that opening track family is giving me all kinds of good vibes , Badalamenti, Carpenters, Anime bgm.

Sodium party is brilliant too, really looking forward to further spun goodness.

For US folks, it'll be available to order from Two Headed Dog at 3 pm Pacific today. Feel free to buy around 3:15 pm Pacific (after I get one, that is).

The website was a bit of a struggle but I got them all ordered.
I LOVE the Egisto Macchi Pittura box set. So great IMO, I have played it about 5 times already.

New King Gizzard LP up for pre-order. US version is 2x "nonagon shaped" die cut pic discs. AUS version is 1LP multicolor vinyl in embossed gatefold. UK version black vinyl. For those so inclined...

Also there is a second run of A Product of Hashish LP, 499 copies in clear vinyl. Great record. Whoa Dad is the label, I ordered my first press from Subliminal Sounds.

@Aremagod... me too, though took an age and several dozen clicks to check out. This seems to happen every time they have a new Perturbator LP drop on that site :)

In other news I see/hear Antoni Maiovvi has a new track up... sounding good - like Trent Reznor remixed via the XX

https://soundcloud.com/antonmaiof/anton ... vi-my-moon

From the soundtrack to the movie 'Hangman' apparently.

Try as I might, I cannot get into Perturbator. It's good, but I copped a couple of digital releases a ways back and I just hardly ever listen to them. I appreciate the heads up though, Aremagod. I was sort of waiting on these to drop in spite of myself, but I will have to pass. One more copy out there for a real fan.

Mateo, make sure that you at least have listened to these two amazing tracks :

John Holmes VHS Nightclub, from his first full length album "Terror 404" (my favorite track from all of Perturbator's discography)

Desire, from their second and best album, "I Am The Night" (the first track that got me hooked)

After "I am the Night' is the moment he started pushing a little bit in a more action/pulse pounding electro which would maybe, in my opinion, be less easy to get into than his earlier, more retrowave / 70's / workout video kind of electro.

Thanks for the persuasion, Nate! I'm always game for an impromptu listening session. I really like the John Holmes VHS Nightclub cut quite a bit. Definitely the best I've heard from him. The first half of Desire is cool, but the denouement loses me a bit. I'll probably stick with digital here and allocate my funds elsewhere, but it is pretty cool that they are reissuing all of that old material for folks.

8 vinyl variants? Damn.
Any ideas where to buy the new release in Europe? I tried google, but couldn't find it.

Transmission has this Buio Mondo group for sale, gave it a stream I like it alot. The distorted bass gives it a bit of a metal feel to me. Thinking of picking it up.

Thanks for steering me to their bandcamp. Listening now. My style completely. I love the more metal sound.
I tried a couple of Perturbator streams on soundcloud, but it is not for me.

Do you know what? I have a new rule guys.
Anyone who says 'Super Deluxe Edition' or 'Extreme Variant Colourway Edition' or 'Collector Bait Hype Tastic Apocalypse Bags of Cash' edition....... doesn't get my money.
