Are the extra cues worthwhile? I think it's supposed to have a couple more cues than the original.

Hi Texas.... yes apparently there are 5 extra cues 'for the first time' on vinyl' according to this release of Citta Violenta... including 2 extra performances of the main theme, but it's a goodie! :)

Whether you feel you need alternate versions of existing tracks on the LP is a personal choice of course, but I didn't have an OG copy of this, so was an essential for me.

I added this to the Umiliani Schema reissues on a whim. It's pretty dope! "A soundtrack of cosmic funk, abstract jazz and cinematic avant-garde" it starts off sounding like a lost Ninja Tune record, and the A side winds down with a dreamier track almost like Blue Sky Black Death minus the trap hats.

I've had this one a little while, got it from a guy in japan. it does pop up periodically on discogs and so far not for sky high prices.

The original tracks by Fidenco on side A are only a tease of the more beat-driven tracks when compared to the essential (imo) expanded 2LP release on Death Waltz, but if you enjoy some really nice spacey 4/4 techno that is great for mixing, then I recommend checking out Alessandro Adriani's remix. A nice, long 33rpm cut on side B.

Just had a package land via One Way Static. Enjoying the proggy synth stylings of this one. Haven't seen the documentary, but want to. The alien planet-like vinyl colour way is something else too...

@Spun - that album is quite a mind-bender. I really like how it's laid out over the four sides of the 2LP. I also recommend queuing up the documentary in your watch list. Jodorowsky aside, it's a great look into the creative process behind a scifi film adaptation/production.
