Thanks for the positive words regarding shipping

Bryan and his shipping crew are totally on point and I think Mondo shipping is better than it's ever been , domestic prices have come down too and we should have new mailers in the next couple months which will fit more records in and bring the price down on multiple purchases , Mo and Bryan are working really hard on this.

My order from Friday of the 2 new giallo disco releases is due to arrive today which is pretty quick. I am impressed.

Furthermore Mondo's customer service has gotten way better recently. Getting a replacement sleeve after the usps reduced one to confetti used to be a terrible ordeal (if your email even got a response) but my maniac cop 2 was mangled upon receipt a week a go and I already have a replacement jacket.

Cutting down some of the shipment turnaround times would be nice but that issue isn't exactly unique to mondo anyway.

It seems that recent shipments to EU (including my shipment of Maniac Cop 2 and Zombie Flesh Eaters) have been marked as $30 value, which is both less than what the records actually cost and more than most EU countries has a VAT limit, meaning that everything from 20%-40% extra will be charged by customs.

If anyone from Mondo is listening here, please go back to the way it was before
