I am super excited about The Last of Us. The score is available on Spotify if anyone hasn't heard it. It is a gorgeous and haunting score which absolutely makes the game. If you have a PS3/4 and have not played it, go get it right now. The score and the game are truly a rewarding and. emotional experience.

THE RAID is a Death Waltz release- this is on them - not MONDO. If I was not excited to get The Raid and Scanners/Brood LP's- I would not even be on this board numbskull. Money talks? What the hell do you mean?- does not even make sense- they have my money. I have ordered from MONDO since day one and this has never happened before.

If you are talking to me, I was talking to corpseonhorseback. That's why I put "@corpseonhorseback" at the start of my post. I don't have a clue what the fuck you are on about or who you are, unless you are him and have two accounts on here. Corpse was talking about Cannibal Holocaust not The Raid.....I think.
Plus, "at least" 2-4 weeks means at least 2-4 weeks. Not "up to" 2-4 weeks.

However, yes, I did order THE RAID and SCANNERS/BROOD from Mondo and I received them already and they're fantastic.

Also, Mondo did buy DW per Justin's statement on Modern Vinyl's most recent podcast, which you can look back in this thread for the link if you'd like to listen to it for yourself, if that helps with anything.

Is anyone still waiting on their January Mondo/DW combined launch day orders?

I have two out there and they are still unfulfilled.

One was for the Night Terrors and They Live LPs and the other was for the Raid, Sleepaway Camp, and Scanners/Brood LPs.

Trying to decipher it now, but it's like reading Joyce without a thesaurus.

I placed a combined order for the Scanners/Brood, Angela's theme & the Raid vinyl's, but have yet to see a shipping notification. I'm not too worried about it though, as I contacted MONDO and they got back to me that same day. Waiting sucks, especially when you can see everyone else posting pictures of their newly acquired wax on IG, and its the same thing your waiting on.

I was told that they are shipping orders as they were placed. I'm not so sure though, because I placed my order probably within 15 minutes of the drop. It does appear that people who only ordered single LP's seem to get their items quicker.

Either way It'll ship when it ships. I have comfort in the fact that if I contact them they will get back to me quickly, but here's to hoping everyone get's their orders soon.

I've waited 6 months for my Jurassic Park. They've kept us up2date, there were pressing problems, they've apologised and in the end got the variant versiob of JP. No complaints. It is what it is.. You've paid, you'll get the record

I don't have the ALIEN score on vinyl yet. Couldn't think of a better label to release another version. will buy for sure. I also love the fact that Justin wants to keep the MONDO and DW styles, very smart decision.

On the recent Alien poster they did for a screening, some keen eyed board members noticed that at the bottom it says something to the effect of "soundtrack available from mondo music" and that the poster itself looked pretty square in design, as if it was reverse engineered from sleeve size art. So yeah, it hasn't been 100% confirmed, but it looks like that'll be a pretty definite release. Can't wait, one of my favorites and an all time must have for goldsmith, I wonder if they will do an expanded track list or just a straight repress, but either way I feel like it will be a very cool package when they do it. I also know that some peoe have gotten test pressing for Aliens, so maybe they will do both on the same drop.

Or, and this thought just popped into my mind, maybe a double LP, one for each film housed in the same gatefold.....oh my I've gone and excited myself again

I think Mondo did confirm in that podcast mentioned earlier in this forum that they're doing the Alien soundtrack, as well as Last of Us on 4 LPs
