@ben - I had the exact same issue(s) - didn't recognize my account, and charged $5 Media Mail in the States. Whatever, I'm just psyched to be on board with WW, OWS, and DW subs now - I don't have to play the F5 game anymore.

Also, what seems to be lost on some folks (not necessarily here) - is that subscriptions are a great way to support these labels we all love so much. None of these folks are getting rich from this business, and by ordering in advance via subscriptions, we're giving them the capital to make each release as awesome as we've come to expect.

Not really convinced, many doubts.
Price is a true punch in the stomach for Europeans, $55 per issue.
And no mention to number of subs availaible, and consequently vinyl version runs. Virtually unlimited, with possibility that subs version is not the scarcest one.
Anyway hated WW drops in the past, so done my duty, I could not resist.
Just hoping WW will contains subscriptions at a reasonable number, I mean somenthing like 500, and that it will be announced.
And that "exclusive perks, subscriber-only colored wax, bonus merchandise, apparel, digital downloads, enamel pins, patches, and more" will be really interesting!

I ended up pulling the trigger, too. For the US, it averages to $35 each, so I'll use that to justify my purchase! No more F5 madness for me, either.

@Occhionero are you trying from a smartphone? Try from a desktop if you can, I had same problem with mobile, but from desktop it worked fine!

occhionero have you tried from a desktop computer ? I had trouble too when ordering through my mobile device but it worked fine on a desktop. manuorru had the same problem too and worked from a desktop

just a quick note for all our euro friends, DW and OWS tends to run about $55 a pop for US people when buying direct from label as well, ( not sure if the math works out the same for Subs, but at least buying individual it does.)

So it all comes out in the wash i guess is my point.

@Hatter do you usually get import charges on Euro subs? if so how much do they usually run at? if i take a £16 hit on every record sent that would be painful

I'm not a subber for OWS or DW (yet. ) but i see what you mean, i don't get hit with import charges, so i guess there is that extra to consider in the UK.

oh that would be great, although i don't know if I'd do a combined sub, I buy almost every DW release, but only about 3/5 Mondo. (not always my cuppa, so to speak)

I emailed them about the extra $5 it is charging for shipping when checking out through paypal. Haven't heard back yet.

Feel a little silly complaining about an extra $5 when our overseas friends are on the hook for a whole lot more...

Not sure. But I was able to add $175,000,000 of subscriptions to my shopping cart! I'm glad it wasn't limited to 100 or something, I totally spaced out and forgot to check on the Waxwork site today.

I'm on the fence, but it doesn't seem to be a "rush" situation. I would have to assume it's getting capped at a specific number (although earlier it seemed to be unlimited) or cut off at a specific date. I absolutely want Nightbreed and C.H.U.D., the others are maybe releases for me.

I'll probably grab one later tonight. The price isn't too high, but it's a big chunk at once. And yes, for all you EU people out there, us US folk pay a pretty penny for our Death Waltz subs, over $300 USD for the last one.

Also, I love how people are already complaining about how many it's limited to, as if the number is too high they'll want a refund because it's not limited enough for them. I'm sure it will be sold out before the first releases come out, so you'll be getting something exclusive no matter what.
