Anyone in here into the biker rock/blues/punk stuff? I've been jamming on Circuit Rider for years now, and I still cannot get enough of his sound! I hate that he only released one record. You can taste the stale cigarettes and cheap whiskey in every song...it is just brilliant. I can't help but imagine this guy looks just like Roky Erikson.

And what about these guys!? Satan's Satyrs first album was just so damn good. They unfortunately changed their sound too much for me after that, but I listen quite often to the trash biker punk noise of Wild Beyond Belief!

SOOOOO...is anyone else into this kind of stuff? If so, do you have any other suggestions? I really love this kind of occult, anti-pop, 1970s biker bars & truck stop trash style. Would love to find more...

Anyone here into Electric Wizard? They've got a new one about to drop tomorrow...I'm listening to it on NPR right now, it sounds like the heaviest album they've ever recorded...really good stuff! Anyone else checked this out yet?
