This was fun. Also has Rick Wakeman’s theme for The Burning over the end credits.

4K looks stunning. Never seen this one before. Very cheesy and tongue in cheek. Well made though and everyone seems to have a lot of fun. Feels like a parody.

I hear a lot of people really enjoying it. Looking forward to checking it out myself.

I watched Crime 101 and Send Help yesterday.
The first is mediocre in every aspect and the latter I liked but wasn’t blown away. Rachel McAdams is excellent though.

A very nice surprise.
Very low budget movie. It is not a sci-fi movie. That description on IMDb doesn’t do this justice.
It is a really creatively made small film about two different stories that sort of come together.

I second this. Catch it in the theater if you can, Bez.

I was a little confused, thought that was the new Resurrection film that Criterion is releasing this month but that screen shot has VS menu

I watch A Homance this weekend and really enjoyed it. Loved the look of that film, really made it feel like dark and seedy underbelly of the city

It is the one from 1999 with a very much over-acting Christopher Lambert and a very small part for David Cronenberg.
I did enjoy it.

This year I am watching Vinegar Syndrome releases alphabetically. One title per letter and back again.
No title that starts with a Q unfortunately.

If you hadn’t mentioned it, I wouldn’t have known about it.
It is an ode to cinema, but I needed the plot synopsis on Wikipedia to make sense of it all. Beautifully made but a bit too arthouse for me.

I loved it. I didn’t realize Polanski also has so many acting credits.

Yes I cannot recommend Blood For Dracula highly enough, he’s fun in that. Watched both Morrissey Cinecitta costume horrors recently for… reasons ;)

Well goddam, thanks to this post I discovered my library has this and about 25 other flicks from Severin Films to explore. That's my future late-night decision making made that much easier....very excited about this!
