* 5 exclusive hand-poured vinyl editions
* 1 fully bespoke, hand-made edition (new for 2026)

What do you think they mean by a hand-made edition?
The hand made editions are each unique, crazy color combinations like this.

There's an $80 "bespoke" edition what ever that means. I assume their custom hand pour like they have been doing

The Ballad of the Boxset

For decades, rumors have circulated among fans at horror conventions about a long-lost piece of My Bloody Valentine lore, a promotional box reportedly sent to theaters and drive-ins in 1981 containing the uncut soundtrack on vinyl along with various promotional items. Despite theories about recalls and years of speculation, this mythical set has never been substantiated with concrete proof, whether through Discogs listings, eBay auctions, or verified appearances in fan collections. After years of pursuit and research, Terror Vision stopped chasing the legend and set out to recreate it, producing a replica of this fabled promotional piece of slasher history. Working alongside director George Mihalka, composer Paul Zaza, and Peter Cowper (Harry Warden himself), Terror Vision teamed with artists Ghoulish Gary Pullin and Earl Kess to bring this long-rumored holy grail to life, the very artifact fans have spent years hoping to unearth while crate digging.

Terror Vision Records is honored to finally unveil the ultimate vinyl edition of My Bloody Valentine: Original Motion Picture Score, composed by Paul Zaza. Presented as “The Definitive Uncut Edition,” this release features the film’s complete uncut soundtrack for the first time on vinyl, meticulously assembled in collaboration with composer Paul Zaza and director George Mihalka.

Paul Zaza’s score for My Bloody Valentine occupies a singular place in early-’80s horror, admired for how effectively it balances restraint and atmosphere against moments of raw, industrial unease. Breaking the mold of the typical scores of the era, Zaza leans heavily into droning textures, echoing orchestrations, and minimalist motifs that mirror the film’s claustrophobic, subterranean setting. Rather than announcing the scares, the score creeps and lingers, amplifying the film’s sense of isolation and dread. In doing so, Zaza crafted a soundscape that quietly distinguished My Bloody Valentine from its contemporaries, one that horror fans continue to appreciate for its subtlety, discipline, and unnerving effectiveness.

My Bloody Valentine tells the story of a small mining town, haunted by a local legend surrounding Harry Warden, a miner who survived a cave-in and was believed to have returned years later to commit a series of murders. When the town prepares to celebrate Valentine’s Day for the first time since the tragedy, new killings erupt, carried out by a figure in mining gear wielding a pickaxe. As suspicion spreads among a group of friends connected to the original disaster, long-buried secrets rise to the surface. Initially released as a heavily cut slasher film in 1981, My Bloody Valentine has since gained cult status for its bleak atmosphere and distinctive blue-collar setting.

Terror Vision Records located the original master tapes from Paul Zaza’s expansive archive to create the most complete listening experience ever released of this landmark score on vinyl. This edition includes the entire score as heard in the film—every cue, every song, and additional extras—totaling 1 hour and 52 minutes of music, with over 45 minutes previously unreleased. This is the definitive version fans have been waiting for!

This package includes:

- The Complete Uncut Edition of the Score of 33 tracks with 1 hour and 52 minutes of music as a 3XLP Vinyl

- Deluxe Boxset Presentation

- Note from the original Producers to theaters and drive-ins from 1981

copies are going quick, it is down to 33 copies on the wholesale site for just buying outright. I find that weird as this is a made to order set but maybe they are limiting how many are sold through TV Sub at cost?

That's what I'm thinking. I was gonna hold off, but it was already down to 41 when I checked, so I jumped on it.

After what happened with the Jerry Goldsmith Companion I'm very leary of most any kickstarter. I came so close to backing that one. So happy I passed. I hope this new one works out better.
That is quite the story…

Pulse is very decent though. I have several of their books through kickstarter.
