Haha….. I’m not planning on patronising those Mutant folk tbh, but in any event- boy I did not like Cuckoo at all! (the film - couldn’t remark on the score as I didn’t notice it)

Luz was great though, despite naff sleeve art ;)

Unfortunately Cuckoo isn't playing near me so I'll have to wait til it hits digital before I get to watch it. Should be on my way to see new Alien film in a bit though, hoping that doesn't suck

3/4 of it was great, 1/4 was garbage. They made a really fucking weird decision that was completely unnecessary and seems really strange considering how much they were bragging about doing practical effects. I'm being vague as I don't want to spoil anything. They nailed the look and feel of an Alien film though. Definitely too many references to older films, some good, some eye rolling bad

Initially (since, likely for licensing reasons, it is credited only to Howarth) I worried it was a re-recording but have investigated and no, it is the same set of original expanded score tracks as the 2-CD BSX anniversary release! Jumped straight in and ordered the ‘SLEEP’ screenprinted 2xLp version :)
