@Julien I order a lot from the US to the UK and sometimes those things can get trapped in limbo at "The sort Facility" and it doesn't seem to move. Shouldn't be too long for you I hope. Although once I received a package that was still listed as being processed in the states so they can t always be trusted. Hope it arrives for you soon.

Yup - once it's at the Sort Facility, it's scanned, bagged, put into a container and then goes on the next available mail flight - which isn't necessarily the final destination country. Until it hits the postal system at the final bit (after it's been unloaded, taken out of the container, emptied out of the bag and passed through the initial customs check - which can take a couple of days in itself), it's not scanned again until someone can actually get at the box

Got my Omen today -- black vinyl. I think I am being punished ever since I neglected to order Gravity. As far as things being stuck in Chicago -- this happens pretty frequently -- I am part of a cooking forum and everyone in Europe who ordered an immersion circulator from a company in the states saw their circulator sit in Chicago for a while....I live 20 miles outside of Chicago and I saw it sit there for 4 days....

I will buy multiples sometimes -- to make sure some like minded friends get the release -- I constantly have a pile of records for my brother in law, brother and buddy -- and they have the same. Sometimes I end up with multiples that nobody wanted or had already got -- that is when I make the big bucks on eBay -- starting bid of $400 not really -- I usually give away the extras to a friend because I have had a few cocktails and really believe that they NEED this record. It is the same reason I always had multiple copies of the book Watership Down -- if someone came into my home and had never read it -- they were leaving with a copy. Same goes for records sometimes.

I'll let you guys know - I sent a best offer of 39.99 and paid already, estimated arrival next week. Seems a little sketchy, but it's eBay - if I get screwed, I'll get my money back. Certainly looks legit though.

Jerks! I think the actual list on this is somewhere around $35, with the wholesale cost somewhere around $25.

BUT....According to them, they ship Priority Mail for free, which you can figure is like throwing $7 worth of shipping costs in though, with that considered, I'd probably still pull the trigger for $46.98 - you're basically paying $40. Not to mention they have to pay eBay around 10%, so the price isn't TOO crazy - and certainly not "flipper" crazy.

Anyone know why Coraline will be $32, and Paranorman will be $30 for? Those seem a bit high, and really keep me from being interested in picking them up. I mean my first guess is they'll say the rights to the music is just more expensive...but that answer wouldn't make me any more willing to buy those two. They're not that interesting of soundtracks, and especially not for those prices!
