Lucky I am sitting in the waiting room of a car dealer with nothing else to do (trying to get some recall work done on my wife's car). I just got to the checkout page and it says "Shipping is unavailable in the United States" WTF. I have been kicked out of the site a ton of times and now it is frozen on checkout screen.
I am gonna be here for atleast 2 more hours so we will see what happens.

I'm in the US it just took forever. I got the green variant and one of the slipmats. The page kept timing out, so I would have to keep refreshing the page. Pretty ridiculous.

No it went through. It just took a lot of refreshing. It sounded like they were working on the issue on FBook. Since everyone is complaining

1 hour 50 minutes and about 30 F5's and I finished checking out. Got the Green variant, don't need the slipmats. Good thing I am sitting in a waiting room with nothing to do.

They just told me I have 2 more hours to wait, maybe I should order another, haha.

According to the banner, their store was being tested for a long time. What a test!

Since I am doing nothing I just went to the site again and it showed the variant in stock and let me add it to the cart.

I just dumped it back so maybe there are a few left (not sure if you can checkout with it or not)

So as an update - I finally got through(in my car - constantly refreshing my phone)after writing my earlier post as I left the house. I pulled over as soon as it looked like the page was loading and I managed to get a couple. By the time I arrived at my destination, they weren't even on the page anymore (I read somewhere that they pulled whatever copies remained and will be putting them up again at some point). Either way, the entire process was a total and complete failure. Got the same “Shipping unavailable to the United States”. And didn't get through until almost 2 hours after I first started trying. My order went through PayPal but is still listed as "pending" on their website. Hopefully I'll actually get the 2 I was charged for and will have one up for grabs.

We've all been to this rodeo folks! First big run for any of the labels has been a mess...and most have lived and learned...DW and "The Fog"...Waxwork and "Rosemary's Baby...OWS and "Last House On The Left"...and thankfully we haven't had a major problem with their sites again - Step back...take a breath...let them fix the problem and we'll all get ready for smooth sailing

Yes I saw that as well. Well hncreature says it's happened to them all on at least one release so patience is a virtue

However someone on fb did point out if things are looking bad within the first 15-20 mins the site should have been stopped and tried again later. I'm a realist sometimes if a vinyl is that limited not everyone is going to get one and it makes it more desirable. However to not give everyone at least a fair chance is pretty carp. Waste of an evening and incredibly frustrating. Least with WW ok you had to be first 200 but after that mostly you got some cool variant at least. Could have easily have had the extra 1,000 red on there after

My only other niggle is how comes fb kept updated but not Twitter or on here. Advertise here them keep people in the dark after... ok you were busy trying to sort out a mess to s one degree but still...

I am not disappointed with the problems related to the server load.

The problem is bigger:

I was able to add everything in the cart, but my country (Turkey) was not listed in billing info Country list. It appeared in shipping to countries list, though!

Anyway... I tried to choose Greece for billing country and Turkey for shipping country but this time system kept stating:

"Sorry, shipping is unavailable to Turkey. If you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements please contact us."

Now that's what I call unacceptable and irritating!

I managed to get all the way to the checkout page, entered all my info, clicked PayPal... and then it just kept loading. I didn't dare close the page, because at least I had the limited edition in my order, right? Well, it kept loading for a couple of hours. I had to go to bed, so I refreshed the page - and of course the order was gone and no more copies available.
