Resurrecting this thread because I have a weird spot on a record I just bought and wondered if any one has ever come across something similar before.




I don't think I've ever seen anything like this. What ever it is I can't get it to budge, I left cleaner on for a few minutes and nothing came up. It is most definitely in the grooves too as every time the needle passes through it you get static noise.
