Shigeru Umebayashi - House of Flying Daggers OST [Music on Vinyl MOVATM294]

Very pleased, and with ITMFL on the way, it’s going to be Umebayashi-san week over here. I find his compositions to be mental therapy for me. Call it modern classical or whatever genre, but I’m into it. Also, a very nice package yet again from MOV with the embossed sleeve, though I would have preferred some sleeve notes from the composer on the insert rather than the extra expense that went toward printing the included fold-out poster.

Nm the art, this album is a jam. I could only tip my cap to those with og Cinevox pressings, but this translucent vinyl pressing is sounding good. One of my favorite Cipriani scores.
