Just keep at it. He can be pretty tough to get ahold of. Persistence is key.

He's really hard to get a hold of, the last issue I had with him, my wife emailed him, I emailed him, contacted him through Twitter and IG. After 3 emails and two weeks later he responded. In fact he marked the item shipped (after a 2 month delay with no contact) and then emailed saying it has shipped. That was it. Most of the time I have no issues with him but when an issue does arise it can be tough to get resolved in a timely manner. Although he always fixes the issue.
