How is the boot of the boot copy?

Harkit are at best a 'grey' label for sure - similar to Doxy, looking at the stuff they put out, there's an emphasis on titles where the rights aren't clear cut. Word on the street is their not fully legit. This is a typical Harkit forum thread! (Note the thing about '50 year copyright rule' and them not using original artwork...makes sense tbh)

But they've made some rarities available and I have a few...their Cul-de-Sac LP release is one of my prized OSTs, I even have a test pressing of that one!
My Harkit 'remastered' Klute sounds pretty damn good. I'm sure the remastered just means that once they'd ripped it from the OG vinyl, they cleaned it up a bit ;)
I'll trade you any day for that OG boot though Evan - just say the word heh!
EDIT: Here's a pretty interesting thread about Klute specifically, but also has some shouting about whether Harkit are indeed legit. Seems to be a consensus of "well, yes and no!" Lots of the posts are typically poorly written...but they give that authentic feeling of an enraged music geek who JUST CAN'T WAIT TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH YOU IDIOTS and no time to stop and re-read/spell check.

EDIT AGAIN: Here's a hilarious 'meta' review from Amazon of Harkit's Klute CD.... the reviewer rails against their shoddy liner notes filled with typos...in a review filled with typos! Then at the last minute goes full meta and calls himself out, but turns it into ANOTHER slight against Harkit rather than just correcting his own mistakes - genius! :D

Klute Sountrack from Harkit Real or legalized Bootleg?
23 May 2006 - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD
Well This release has been sought after and we are given a spruced up LP dub onto a CD format. Most of it sounds fine, but the paper quality of the booklet with typos throughout What is it with bootlegs do they not have someone smart enough to edit these notes? THe printed CD quality image is horrible as well as the back cover - Really tacky. I think the Score is awesome but this really is a poor delivery on Harkit Records behalf. You'd expect more form a company in Englaqnd most known for LP rips onto CDs selling them as if they are the best CDs ever. There should be laws against selling an CD release like this so poorly executed.
If I have typos in my review please forgive me no one from Harkit Records was able to go voer these notes.
