COUNTERPOINT:

Do! It's one ambitious, practical fx-crammed low budge labour of love horror movie and one bunch of completely incongruous, surrealistic scenes shot by an arty 80s porn director edited together into one incoherent movie!

(I'll grant you, not everyone's idea of celluloid heaven...)

a Pepper and records, what else does one need?
Sure beer and wine.

Anyways. Finally this arrived. However with paper bits glued on the first track... I tried the Okki Nokki but could not get it completely clean. Still some residue left. I am going to ask for a replacement. And also try to clean it some more. Maybe pure alcohol will do it?

Well good sir, you know how to sell me a movie. All of that sounds right up my ally.

Bez that's not gonna come off. I'm sure WW kept some stock for damage/defects.

This Panzer Dragoon Saga arrangement is fantastic. I loved the games very much. I don't normally go for arrangements, but they've just done an amazing job here. I think someone should do a 4K release of Panzer Dragoon Orta (my favorite of the panzer dragoon games!) from the xbox and use this arrangement for the music.

@deaf - great to see 'Messiah' in such lofty company, nice one Mark :)

Now spinning: all eight sides of the mighty, mighty LUCIFER RISING SUITE by little Bobby Beausoleil. 3rd pressing box set from Ajna Offensive, super-cosmic coloured wax, amazing sleeve notes, astonishing music...

Evan I’m loving the combo. The Emotiva pre and Linn amp they replaced are stacked in the storage room. More detail, better extension, and gobbs of power even with the Saga having like 1db of gain.

For the price I’m fairly positive the combo can’t be beat, and thats coming from someone with quite inefficient speakers. If you go this route grab a cbs/hytron brown base 5692 tube for the Saga. I rolled a few tubes and that one is a killer.

The cons. The remote that came with the Saga is cheesy, but i programmed it into my harmony and i’m good to go. The Saga doesn’t have a tape out. That stings a bit, but not a world ender.

Chris thanks for the info, Not going to move on any new components yet but probably down the road. Have been really curious about Schiit products...many great reviews. That Wavelength is creepy :)

Is it the come hither eyes? :)

My first two Schiit components get a big thumbs up from me so far. I know they’re working on a turntable, very interested to see how that works out.
