Certainly of the 80's scores that's the case, but Body Bags, In The Mouth Of Madness, and Village Of The Damned have been orphaned as well.

Ripping run, Chris. And yep, gotta agree on TLDatMM... especially the gatefold repress with expanded Luke Insect art. Stunner.

Have to admit you're intriguing me with Return of Swamp Thing- despite my firm belief that the film has got to be hawt gahbage, surely? I mean, I HATED the first one. (Perhaps being such a huge fan of Moore's incredible run on the book, I take Swampy a wee bit too seriously??)

I'm big enough to admit that.

@Scojo the score is really good. terrorvision is quietly making themselves one of the best labels around.

I have a special place in my heart for the swamp thing movies. I saw swamp thing as a youngster on cable and loved it. :) and the sequel is not a good movie , but it is a very fun movie. Practical effects, an actual message, and fun gore. :)

You're swaying me a bit here, Static. I think I only saw the first one once, but I did enjoy it's cheese. And, like Scoj, I adore Moore's Swamp Thing (as well as his and Delano's version(s) of John Constantine). Still, separating books and films is one of my superpowers so perhaps I shall give the sequel a look someday.

I love swamp thing, I’m almost all it’s incarnations, probably my favorite comic book character, but yeah that second movie takes a lot for me to care

@static - Excellent selections. I saw Swamp Thing over at a friend's house when I was really young, and the Anton Arcane body morphing scene absolutely terrified me. I rewatched it again a few years ago and it is comically cheesy, but I would put up with just about anything for some Adrienne Barbeau screen time.

@ScoJo - This one really feels like a labor of love:

Next level art and packaging design, and pressed down on thick black wax. You crushed this one, my friend.

@ Static
Stellar run! My copy of the Return of Swamp Thing should arrive any day. I have not yet listened to a single clip of it so very curious.
@334578 and @Deaf

This is so good. I blind bought it and regret nothing. It keeps getting thrown on. I love the artwork too.

Joe Hisaishi - Kissho Tennyo
Lag records reissue 2018
https://www.discogs.com/Joe-Hisaishi-Ki ... e/11589254

Great 80's image album based on a Japanese manga. Deep electronic grooves, a mixture of Japanese new age ambiance and 80s electro pop, maybe?
Nice little package. Gatefold lp with an English translation of a short summary of the manga it is based on, plus an mp3 download and mini poster insert, all at a very reasonable price.
Keen to see what else lag records have up their sleeve.

Regretting not picking up the og as I can only see it's price going up now. This is a nice reissue but the original lp has some stellar artwork.
