@Chuggers -

I'm putting on my happy Santa hat - DM me kiddo :)
I’ll add to that Christmas spirit and say, expect some more from Cory next year via BWR ;-)

After a few solid years of looking for this at a reasonable price, a minty fresh copy popped up on discogs the other day for a mere $20. Who am I to argue with that kind of kismet? To the pixelated daguerreotypes!

Spun out of control wrote:Well done @mateo... this long sold out set has also been on my 'cogs wishlist for several aeons... my own notifications must have caught me napping.

My snooze is your gain - and Yves' trilogy couldn't now reside in a more deserving home :)
Kind words as usual, Spun. I was actually listening to Zenith City a couple of weekends ago when, on a whim, I checked to see if anything had popped up and there it was. No notification for me either. I thought of you when I saw it, but no one ever accused me of being a philanthropist.

I actually got really annoyed with thief. Not a fan of pink floyd on this one, it clashes quite heavily... I’ll give it more time obvs

VCO Recordings is back! Two new Paterra/Majeure cassettes over at their Bandcamp right now. What a welcome turn this is.

That link to VCO is https://vcorecordings.bandcamp.com/albu ... e-cure-ost
There's a lot to choose from, but I can comfortably say there's not a lot of filler in the catalog. My recommends:
Panabrite
Norm Chambers
Abul Mogard
Jonathan Fitoussi
And, of course, all of the Moore/Paterra/Majeure stuff. These guys have put out music from some of my favorite artists of the last several years.

Thanks to All of Them Witches and Transmission Records I was able to snag one of the last copies of Witches Halloween Brew tapes. A wonderful comp. I was able to snag Timothy Fifes The Streets Run Red but I missed out on Street Force II and the only place I can find it wants to charge me £6 to ship it to the US putting the cost of the tape at $20 which is hard to convince myself to do especially since I already paid for the digital copy.

I'm new around here, I was just skimming back through the last few pages and saw some incredible soundtracks on tape (Cannibal Holocause, Zombi 2 & 3) where do you fine folks find those things? I found a bandcamp for Zombi 3 but it's sold out so I think I missed the boat on that one, may have to pick up the vinyl edition from Two Headed Dog

@inksby sometimes they come in emails, word of mouth or just luck. The zombie 3 on wrwtfww was totally out of the blue as they never did a tape before as far as I know!

Thanks for the info. Well now that I found this forum hopefully I'll be more informed when it comes to these.

Inksb, a lot of us use this very forum to stay updated about new and interesting releases. I know I do. The more folks post what they've found, the better informed we all are. I even post finds that I don't plan on buying because they seem like they'd be of greater interest to STBC.The new releases thread and this now playing on cassette thread are great resources.
