What a boss LP, how to describe? It's Bernard Herrmann doing the soundtrack to Forbidden Planet with Raymond Scott...lush orchestral space sounds with chittering electronics.

Interesting spins @ScoJo I've often seen similar home movie music lps, they seemed to have been a thing at one time, never heard one though. Yet another soundtrack sub Genre? :)

As the title so accurately states, mix of broken bongo beats and waaay weird electronics (by Desmond Briscoe, BBC Radiophonic) which is fantastic and really brings to mind the amazing music from The Mask 3D!

'Flemish Suite' with the spooky vocals is something else...

needed some dynamic action to get me out of the bed on a grey monday morning. great collection of action packed cues by belgian composers that i am not really familiar with. actually this is the only belgian library that i know of (besides the other two titles from that series).

one nice pastoral sounding record by Remigio Ducros that is dealing with religious topics where some of them go into occult activity. at least this is what i hear, haha! to be honest, this is not his best record but still great to own for the minimalistic cover art. still have to add it to the discogs database one day...

I think it's an og, da vinci used a pseudonym, he often did this for non commercial stuff. this just adds to the rarity :D

super weird Giuliano Sorgini electronics. usually Sorgini made these kind of experiments under his Raskovich pesudonym, but as it always goes for italian libraries, there is no rule at all. this record is not everybody's cup of tea and i must admit that you won't listen to it every day...but still, it sounds so fascinating! space is the place and tunes like Ave Mara Spaziale (Ave Maria in space) sound highly spiritual and almost visionary! would love to see the studio set-up for this recording. the cover art was not made by da Vinci but it means 450.000.000 times more to me than the recenty auctioned painting...
