I can fix some of the others but didn't want to spend the time doing it. Maybe I still will in the future. That table looks awesome! Congrats on the pickup, I didn't even realize Luxman made turntables, my receiver is a Luxman and I love it.
However, I did went looking for a new simpler player. The B&O's I have are too difficult because of all the electronics. I wanted a fully manual direct drive, like my only working Technics SL-1800, but then better looking and more special.
I found this Luxman PD-262 with a Grado Gold element near where my stepson lives (200k from my home). It was from a collector who wanted to slim his collection. Completely recapped and with a Grado Gold element.
It is absolutely stunning. And while I type this the first record I am playing on it is still spinning. The difference in sound quality with the Technics and the basis AT cartridge it has is insane. Wasn't even considering that when getting this...
Very happy and now hoping it won't break :-)

The person I bought the Luxman from is a furniture maker and he made his own cabinets as well.thanks! it's been a slow process converting this set up over to the ones I built. My eldest cat passed away back in the fall and he was the reason I didn't swap out anything on the bottom for new ones bc he loved to chew on the plastic jackets. Now that he's gone it's time to replace those black kallax, which will probably be done this summer. Not looking forward to completely removing all the records and breaking down the system though

@inks enjoy your new setup, a half-completed rearrangement is a joy in itself. My OCD however cannot sanction those partially overlapped picture frames. Ulp. 😅
