Yeah, it was awesome. Nice mix of chiptune and pop-y tunes. Finally getting around to listening because I've been on the go for like 2 months. The 198x is good. I did feel disc 1 was more enjoyable though,. 2 felt more disjointed in it's flow on the album. I haven't played the game, but just got it in Humble Bundle, so I might have to check it out.

This thing is great. The overall package, presentation, excellent pressing quality. I wish more "sets" felt this good. When you get something like this from Mondo, then you see the joke of the "Hellraiser box" it really makes me question the design choices.

Wondering if I should track down vol 2 and 3 or if 1 is enough of a dose.

vol 1 is my favorite out of the three but I think 2 & 3 are still quite good. Looks like 2 & 3 just got repressed as I saw some for sale via Amazon last night. Of course I'm broke right now and I can't grab them, haha.

Yeah, and that the Japanese obviously releases Deep Red as Suspiria 2 even if DR came out 2 years before Suspiria.
