@deaf: Cool to read your positive reflections on Twin Peaks FWWM and Contraband - bumps up my level of joyful anticipation another notch as these 2 should hopefully be arriving sometime next week. :)

Only ever seen this S.Korean pressing listed occasionally on The Cogs for $1000+. Fucking insane. I really want it bad.
Well done @Bez!!

Oh, and the rest of your haul?

Dayum.

A month or so ago one was listed for 450 euro. Not sure if it sold for that price but the listing is gone.
I paid around 30 euro for it (including shipping and customs as part of a larger batch). It does need a clean as there are some cracks and pops. But a very fun listen it is.

And now I can finally play some Blade Runner of myself. Never had it before.

@Bez - I will say that I prefer the original Vangelis tracks, including his '94 "remaster" album with the dialogue included, rather than the New American Orchestra re-recordings. Just my opinion, but I just don't listen to that album anymore after finally getting a version of the Vangelis tracks on vinyl. It still looks great though, especially with that obi strip. ;)

After reading a lot about this score in the other thread I indeed noticed there are a lot of versions. Give time and I will add them to my collection :-)
The B-side of the version I have I really liked a lot. The A-side was not what I expected.

What a terrific and unique score to a show that was every bit its equal. Nice spin, Tex.

Didn't manage to spin this yesterday due to time constraints.
Better late than never, Chris! I love seeing originals out there in the world.

This is absolutely incredible and my favorite recent discovery! It may be the best of their three releases so far and one of the best things I've heard this year (in any genre)...

^ This was actually the first time I listened to that score outside of hearing it while watching the movie. What a fantastic score! Live and learn :-)

This sounds pretty damn sweet. Really nice packaging synergy between the two TP releases, you can definitely feel the Lynch aesthetic coming through in his approval of these designs.

Also sounding good, although my copy has about 20seconds of intermittent "scuffing" sound under the music at the very start of Side A. Will give it a good rinse later and see if it shapes up. Beautiful artwork on this, couldn't be happier on that front.
Has FWWM been issued on vinyl previously?

Yeah, that Star Trek is a great listen. I am watching the original series on Netflix, great stuff. Makes me feel all geeky :-)
