Nice Oscar Rocchi jazz-funk library Cocktail Bar. I think it is also released on a Music Scene label as "Night Scenes" with different names for the tracks.

Cocktail Bar is definitely the same as Night Scenes. Personally, I like the cocktail titles better.

another one i played this weekend. amazing and overlooked record from the Music Scene label. there exists another version on Fonovideo which has a cool cover design and the tracks are named after some famous spirits but i got rid of it as i always felt the sound on the Music Scene record was richer. funny thing is that most people are after the Cocktail record...

Nice! Interesting that the sound might be better on the music scene version. I do like the cocktail themed jacket though.

Starting off a lazy Saturday with some relaxing super chill guitar duets by Barney Kessel + Carlo Pes. I really like Kessel, a jazz guitar legend, and the cover is pretty cool too. This one you can still get for a low price.

Nice LP, I normally don't get 80s libraries since they can be so cheesy, but this one is pretty good!

A nice light library on Edipan by R Fogù and also Taormina whom I don't really know much about. It has a couple of nice light jazz-funk tunes in 5/4 time and a track called "Africa" with nice congas sound over smoky jazz flute lines, funky rhythm guitar and touches of synth. Also "Gravy Waltz" a soul-jazz number in 6/4. Recommend checking it out, and not too pricey.

Last one for the night... Solid jazz-funk vibes from Yellow Sharks on the Panda label. I have Blue Sharks and Yellow Sharks...are there any other (Color) Sharks groups?

got very little time in the past few days, so i dug out some little records :)

i think Giani Safred is the only composer where i can claim to own the complete library output. the reason for this is because the output is extremely small, haha! still obsessed with everything he has done. these 7" are nice! great supplement if you dig Electronic Designs...

Some nice ambient tension themes here, many by Bruno Battisti D'Amario. On the Nike label which seems very small and there is little information about.

@million you might consider this for your "war library" list. Not all of it is war stuff, but 'Carri In Azione' is a hard snare percussion war theme.

Really good, it's not a library so the tracks are longer. Mid 70s Italian funk penned by Augusto Martelli with Tullio de Piscopo on the drum kit.

@milliondollars, I'm a big fan of flash resonance, I have a few of their libraries. You have the whole series? Any particular favourites? Always wondered who Charlotte was with these libraries, Charlotte's adventure, Charlotte's Dream etc...

@Dollar: made a fun shot over the weekend. these are all the Flash Resonance birds. i think every single one contains some jewels and can be picked up without hesitation. funny thing is, that the first volume was the last one i got and it turns out to be my favourite...

@Dollarhyde: i would say they are mainly electronic influenced. can't see any dates on any of them but i would say they came between '78 and '80 and the music reflects this era quite well. i like these a lot because they carry loads of melancholy...
