I keep getting more into this with each listen. Very glad to have a nice repress, as finding a reasonably priced OG looks to be impossible. I also like that they used one of my favorite Frizzi/Goblin jazzfunk tracks from Amore Libero on this OST:

@deaf, Nice spins! I'm so far behind on all these Italian osts getting repressed,let alone digging up all the og goodies out there also.
I do have a cerberus issue of Morricone's l'assoluto naturale ost winging it's way to me from japan though.

My first post if probably over a month. Besides just being busy on weekends (which is my only time to get upstairs and spin) I fell into a turntable setup rabbit hole. Some may notice the Clearaudio has replaced the Blackbird on the table. Anyway, I have a stack of new stuff waiting to spin and this was my first pick. I hope everyone who canted a copy of this got one because it's outstanding. ScoJo, excellent job from you and everyone involved.

Seconded on the SNDTRCK lp brilliant stuff, I really dig the cover artwork too. Props to all involved.

Now spinning the OST to the Japanese animation future War 198X by Seiji Yokoyama.

Possibly my favourite sleeve art I've discovered this year.

Heres a clip, although the rest of the LP is more orchestral, still good though.
Also check the awesome clip from the movie, great animation style.

@Tim, love that score.

Speaking of Arnie, Would I be righting saying the OST to Commando has never been released on vinyl?

Now spinning this Italian funky disco nugget not a library or ost but fans of groovey Italian stuff may dig it, and shouldn't blow a hole in your pocket, or not with a sleeve like mine anyway ;)

Would love to find a poster of it.
At first I didn't notice the the headless statue of liberty behind the crown laying in the rubble in the foreground.

@tim - Great to see you spinning again, and fully agreed on the SNDTRK album. Congrats on picking up The Running Man. I need to revisit both the film and the score, as it's been decades.

@Dollarhyde - Awesome! I have the 45 with two vocal tracks:

Fingers crossed for a vinyl release from what I recall it was a rather nice part electronic score, by James Horner.
