@bpwlogan - Neat to see those Badalamenti LP's. I have not seen or heard either one.

ImageRCA Japan '72 repress with gatefold sleeve. Fistful of Dollars is on the B-side of the original LP.

The Man With No Name trilogy really hooked me when I was a kid. I still enjoy the films, but these pieces of music really move me, and probably always will (especially that trumpet solo or Edda's vocals). Although I hear it being used now in random beer commercials and whatnot, it always catches my ear and reels me in. One of my all-time favorite pieces of film score music.

Another film I watched a lot when I was young was High Plains Drifter, which seems to have never had a vinyl release of Dee Barton's original score:

Weeds is well worth the pick up for the price you can get it for. Great western spins the last few days deaf. What a stack of records you got there.

The others are actually a mixed bag of genres. Time to change it up a bit. :)
Hell yeah, that's a good one ;)

Love the choral 'stabs' in the opening track.

How's the rest of that Polynesian looking Lai? Haven't heard that one before. Sounds maybe older, early 60s?

@texas - Nice! Do you have Sartana Non Perdona or Alla Conquista Dell' Arkansas? I was also looking at those two.

Tiko is from '62, so good call on that. I believe it's one of De Masi's earlier film scores? It's a bit eclectic, and has some chill romantic "island" tunes, but will also sneak in more classical strings to build things up. There are even some darker tracks that seem to be the shark theme. Interesting piece of history, but I would pick up Umiliani's Le Isole Dell'Amore over this one.

Here is another one, but a bit more action/adventure, and way further east!

No, don't have either of those yet.I hardly have anything original on the Beat label, maybe only three or four. I did get another CAM spaghetti western recently, a split release Il Suo Nome Gridava Vendetta / L'Odio E'Il Mio Dio of which I preferred the former to the latter.

This is killer. The jacket resolution screams "bootleg" but the pressing is quite good. And it has two printed inner sleeves, so I'm not sure what to make of it. Seems kind of semi-unofficial?

The heat is all on the first disc though. There is one nice orchestral on disc 2 and the rest are vocal tracks, so a discerning collector may prefer the authentic King Records 1LP reissue from last year (or just go OG if you feel like dropping a few bills!).

@monster - Wow, they had a copy of La Macchina Della Violenza! I wonder what they priced it at. Thanks for the heads up, I am interested in that copy of Arkansas.

In regard to that kohsuke kindaichi Lp.

Been meaning to post some of my Japanese pick ups but have been struggling to find the time.

Kohsuke kindaichi is a series of famed thriller detective novels in Japan, that has also been made into a TV series and feature films. I think the mystery Kindaichi Lp is a homage rather than a soundtrack or score, I may be wrong I'm no expert. This is what I have presumed from my little detective work. I'm not even sure who the mystery Kindaichi band are, some sources suggest yuji ohno.

The OSTS for the films are also worth tracking down, I've already begun a collection ;)

That was my first guess after hearing the track @texasvinyl posted. Great collection, @Dollarhyde!

Kure kure kure!
Theme tune to kure kure takora (gimme gimme octopus) apparently by Shunsuke kikuchi. The same guy that did the Kamen Rider bgm amongst other things.
