This has been the worst of all online shopping experiences I have ever had. Terrible communication, terrible customer service (actually there's no customer service at all), terrible everything.
I have been literally struggling to get my orders that have been placed almost 1,5 years ago!!! I am beyond frustrated because I really cannot digest the fact that I paid 180 USD for nothing. I just wanted to share this with you since I don't know what else to do.
I guess Massacre Video is owned and run by a single guy Louis Justin and he scarcely provides replies to emails, Facebook messages or Twitter messages.
Anyway, here are some of the highlights of this experience:
Back in 2014, first, he told me that he had surgery and that's why he could not ship my orders.
Then he was busy attending conventions.
In winter 2014 he told me that he was really sorry and he was going to ship my items along with extra stuff. (He even asked me whether it was cold in winter in Turkey so that he could send me a beanie as well !!!)
Then he told me that he was going to ship my items via FedEx.
Guess what? He did not have time to go to FedEx office for several weeks.
Then he told me that he refunded payments of both orders to my credit card. But guess what? There were no refunds at all!
Then he had a sale @ Massacre Video website and he told me that I could choose some items instead of the refund. Well, I chose the items, and sent my list to him. He told me that he was going to add additional goodies and told me that he was going to provide me a tracking number.
After that, he told me that he shipped the package but he did not give me the tracking number as promised.
It has been several weeks and now he is not responding my emails, Facebook messages and Twitter messages anymore.
I just wanted to share this experience with you guys. This is not an act of blacklisting but a sincere warning.
