Saw this at Frightfest and I can confirm that this is a great 80s inspired soundtrack by Steve Moore. I am expecting an orderly queue of labels to be forming to sign it up for release..... or is it already taken?

Holy mackerel - I just saw The Guest tonight and can confirm the tasty electro score. I've seen that the soundtrack (Love & Rockets, Clan of Xymox, Sisters of Mercy, etc) is due for a digital release from (I think they're a production company) J-2 Music. It's available on Amazon, but not (as yet) on their website.

But the soundtrack aside, someone needs to release that Steve Moore score!!!

Steve Moore has also scored another upcoming horror flick "Cub". He said on FB or Twitter a while back both would be getting a full release

Yeah, I'd assume so. I think it'll be one of Mondo's first vinyl release of the year besides DW's THE RAID.

Anyway I liked the guest, nothing ground breaking film wise, but the soundtrack and score were great. Loved all the goth dance music like xymox. Also featured my favorite love and rockets song, haunted...
It is rumored that mondo will be releasing the Steve Moore score.
