came across this festive mix thought some people might be
interested - it features some death waltz no's and other
soundtracks plus bits and bobs - worth a listen

good stuff! about halfway in and enjoying this.

I will throw my 3-hour session from last week into the mix...between the two you've got five hours of solid halloween/horror OST tunes!

Also, you should totally sign up to do a vinyl event on our Analog Culture Livestream if you get the inkling. I've only done three or four, but I always have fun. I don't have a webcam but broadcast my PC screen and use my cell phone w/ an ipwebcam app and a browser to get the video signal.

I did a mix for my podcast. It's usually punk / metal / indie stuff, but I went with a nice film-score vibe for this year's Halloween episode.

Did anyone here follow the blog called Scar Stuff? It was freaking amazing. It focused on horror/Halloween themed music, mostly really rare vinyl. He had extracted a lot of what he posted too, and was sharing it - but unfortunately it all went away with these file sharing sites going down a while back.

Any that use to follow it - do they know who the guy is? Is there any way to contact him? I would LOVE to get the files of the music he had posted throughout the blog. I had downloaded almost all of it when it was being posted new, but then the laptop it was all on fell to the floor...and all was lost.

Anyways - if anyone is bored, it is a damn good blog to still read through if you want to see some awesome Halloween records, mixes, etc.

This sounds an awful lot like the Delia Derbyshire Dreams record we were discussing recently on the non-ost releases.
