I see that LitA has pulled the standard edition, but I haven't heard back about getting the editions sorted. I opted to send the additional funds with a note and hope for the best.

I haven't either, I've not heard any kind of confirmation that B2B subbers are ever going to get downloads!
I've asked in the past but only got speculations from others, never an official answer!
