I've been watching it drop for the past couple weeks. Got scared it would start going back up so I snagged a copy.

My first vinyl purchase of 2025. :)
congrats! I have still to purchase my first record of the year. Because of bills I am refraining as long as I can... But there are some nice Italian scores on Soundohm...
Maybe at the end of February.

Anybody else get into the vintage 45 auction? Looks like it was from the same massive collection up on eBay previously. I was able to pick up a couple things, but lost quite a few more. It's wild to see rare gems like these available in the US though. Again, raising a glass to this collection:

Pregadio/Abril - kriminal/il cobra (Beat) $1,926
https://www.ebay.com/itm/356545051826

Rustichelli - sei donne per l'assassino (CAM) $1,125

Canfora - il trucido el lo sbirro (Variety) $801

Rustichelli - gli eroi di fort worth (CAM) $558.64

Morricone - eat it (CAM) $500

Morricone - il federale (RCA) $408

Morricone - le monachine (CAM) $381

I saw one of those because of an e-bay notification. I knew I didn't have the money for it so I didn't even look further...
Beautiful stuff. And some people really have too much money...

But what a collection...
I look forward to losing auctions for my favorite grails yet another time.

It was originally $14.20 but jumped up when I bagged one. Still a good price

Yeah, hopefully I'm not the proud owner of a new vase 😆

However, when the barcode is entered, it does pull that record & listing up. We'll find out tomorrow.

An FYI in case it matters to you that the Suburbia reissue is a bootleg.

Static, that's exactly why I took a chance.

Yeah I saw that on Discogs. At that price point, I'm fine with it until an OG lands on my lap. Thanks, Red 👊

Last time I went to the good record store near me (45 minutes away) they had an OG copy for $14! I got all excited until i slid the record out and it had a huge scratch all along side 1. :(

Looks like it has sold out from amazon directly at that price... I'm not seeing it now.
Deaf, still there on my end. Try your phone or a different browser perhaps? Also, don't forget to clip that coupon 😉
