It's stranger that I don't own a copy at all lol. For ages my local shop had a copy, I would pick it up and consider then put it down figuring I'd grab it next time. Then eventually it just wasn't there anymore. Same thing with the DW Slumber Party Massacre.

I didn't know a 2LP Cannibal Holocaust was coming out for RSD, I went to the store and bought a copy. It was 82$CAD/59.22$USD before taxes.theres a ... On top of my head.... 6 or 8 pages booklet of notes and pictures. Black vinyl. 1st disc is same tracklist as the DW/Mondo/OWS edition, second disc has additional versions of tracks. This is not a price point I want to pay for double LPs in a gatefold with booklet, but it's Cannibal Holocaust, remastered and expanded, so ... I but the bullet

I also was unaware of this expanded release until it was mentioned here. I took my daughter out early today for RSD so she could have a chance at the Taylor Swift Folklore studio sessions 2LP. I have not been to an “opening hours RSD” in a while. After a 2hr queue in line to enter the shop, she scored one of the few remaining copies of the TS and I was able to get the last copy of Cannibal Holocaust. The $52 USD price tag was a bit shocking, but I agree with Nathan, I also have a few versions of this but an expanded album with booklet/notes is something I am willing to support. I splurged a bit today and also grabbed Morricone’s Senza sapere niente di lei, Cipriani’s Blindman and the Goblin Rarities compilation LP. Overall, a good visit today even with the massive crowd at one of Portland’s busiest shops for RSD.
