This arrived today. I have been looking for this bugger since quite some time. I actually remember having it in my hands in NM condition 6-7 years ago in a record shop, the price was around €25 but I didn’t buy it. Now I paid almost double (+ shipping) but that‘s still quite ok compared to what most sellers on discogs ask for it. Anyways, great score, recommended to anyone who likes Roy Budd (who doesn‘t?).

I don't remember why this was on my want list. It has been for 7 years or so. It is not hard to find if you want to 'ugly' cover :-)
But this other cover was impossible to find with an obi still attached.
I know nothing about this: Soundtrack of the Toho/Toho-Eizo produced film ノストラダムスの大予言 ("The Prophecies of Nostradamus"), directed by Toshio Masuda.
But I can tell you it is fantastic!
I read on discogs:

The music fully features the Moog and the later well known Tomita haunting choir sounds and effects. This album was the turning point. This is much more than an OST. It's rather an early prog-rock/synth psych album. Highly recommended.

Damn - another flawless sounding 35year old Varese pressing. So jazzed to finally land this one, and for a steal.

And what a heart-pounder of a score! Occasional shades of Big Trouble in Little China in parts/some of the sounds, overall just some absolutely deadly 80s ninja-synths. I’m a huge fan of Walsh’s Young Warriors ost, wish he had scored more flicks.

Excellent pick up! So many inspiring moments in both of those Walsh scores. Not super polished and you can sometimes here an occasional misstep but it so filled with that great eighties synth.
