I will have to listen to Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla again (queued up) to see if it’s my favorite of his over Ebirah, Horror of the Deep in the Godzilla catalog. The composers getting an opportunity to score these rather than Ifukube seem to stand out a bit more with some funk/rock elements of the era.
Masaru Sato!
Such a great composer

The problem is that there are plenty of 45rpm records in my collection that have not had stickers applied because it's been a while since I listened to them.

Cheddar something... or Mountain....?Hi JM, I do have that Cheddar Brothers pressing. It’s a 45rpm 12” and not as extensive as the Waxwork edition which includes entire OST score as compiled from this Futureland album but without the karaoke and 45 single tracks. The Cheddar Bros 12” does have the English version of the Keiko Mari vocal track included as a bonus at the end which is neat. Copies seem to be scarce though. As a completist, I prefer the Waxwork edition with the additional cues but either one is great as this is probably in the top three of the entire set.

Made me laugh.I really liked that movie. And so happy to have a copy of said vinyl ;-)
