I have resorted to (I think?) the @static method, where I put a little sticker on the poly sleeves of records that play at 45rpm so I don't have to actually remember any more lol. The problem is that there are plenty of 45rpm records in my collection that have not had stickers applied because it's been a while since I listened to them.

I believe the last three times I listened to Bone Tomahawk it took until the last track of side B to notice I had it playing on the wrong speed. That last track is a fantastic song that even sounds brilliant spinning at 33rpm.

Oof! Happy days…

Nice @scojo, curious how that stridulum would compare to the Mondo press, which seems pretty solid.

Surprised how much I like this one

I still do not own a copy and it is not even on my want list. For some reason I did not really think all that much about the movie.

I really love the image you posted! Great setup.

Haven't spun much in a while. Just catching back up on life after a big renovation. I had to move my entire collexsh to a different room and was so pissed about having to do so that I didn't have a system for the many piles. So...now my shelf is completely unorganized. And it kinda feels good. I'm gonna roll with it.

@scojo I almost picked up the stone killer on the weekend. The price tag was a bit much though. I might regret passing on it but I’m sure I’ll pick it up someday. The copy I saw was a little bit more pricey as well.

@jimmy sometimes the Chaos that is an unorganized record collection can be fun to look through for sure. My issue is when I’m looking for something specific and never able to find it. Right now my collection kinda sorted kinda not. My issue is I’m running out of room and not sure how I’ll find more.

I've been pushed into the culling method. I've been told the floor isn't a "proper" storage location. Bollocks.

Re: Chaos collexsh - I'm at a point in my life where its okay if I can't find what I'm looking for.

The Stone Killer is pricey over on this side of the pond. Pretty much every copy I've seen in the US is $45-$60 for it. I just can't pull the trigger on it

Yeah the copy I saw was $60. That being said it was the first time I’ve seen one in the wild. When it was released I tried to get a couple different record stores up here in Canada to order me a copy but for whatever reason none of them were able to come through for me.

Chumei Watanabe - Iczer One Act 1 Part 2
Love this series and the scores for all of them are fantastic.

The Return of Godzilla

This sounds pretty damn good to me. Red copy has no noise issues at all. I really enjoy this soundtrack. Can't wait for Destoroyah.

Demon's Souls Remake OST

Don't buy this. It's one of the worst records I own. The noise on this thing is almost unbearable. It's present through out almost all of Side A, most of Side B and I haven't even got to the second disc. You can hear it in both channels, seems louder in the right channel for some reason, it's even present in the loud bombastic orchestral moments. This record has been delayed 5 or 6 times now since it's April release date. I checked Discogs and it seems the noise is present on all pressings not just the gold one I got.
