It pays to trawl through Discogs looking at your favourite composers every now and then - I have a French LP from the 80s with a handful of cues from this film, but had no idea the full score had been reissued on wax a little while ago.

The score was chopped up and moved around a lot in the editing process, and some of it was indeed replaced with the main title you are listening to on the freud release.
