Looks like I missed the red and blue myself so I'm shit out of luck because the only way I'll buy a piece of plain black wax is if Trunk Records does a Venom Jazz follow-up.

I love the concept of the spider jazz lp, similar to Trunk's DOTD lp, would love to see more library comps like this.

The Francois de Roubaix looks awesome too. Would like to know how much music is on this though? Is this a 12" or an LP?

Little bit of trivia, Jonathan Fitoussi , who runs Tranversale disques, is also an electronic synth musician and released music on Steve Moore & A E Paterra's VCO analogue synth tape label, amongst other things, and very good it is too.

The Fitoussi tape, Immersion, on VCO was one of the releases I highlighted from that label in another thread. It's really good. I've never checked out his other stuff and I did not know he rana label either.

Cool! Didn't realise ren and stimpy used library cues, I know there were a bunch of classical pieces used.

One thing that fascinates me more than library records is to see the flmwork they were eventually used for.

Fans of the latest Tangerine Dream line up, the score/s to Stranger Things and return to those analogue synth sounds may enjoy this moody new 'Cargo' soundtrack release from their Froese-approved 'leader'...

It certainly doesn't sound a million miles away from their current output IMHO (seeing as it features two of the band). ;)

You were not mistaken. The Goonies had an invoice with a value of $100 on it. Someone on Discogs complained to VS about this and got a store credit for 50% of the customs. I sent them an email just now.

Today The Sixth Sense is going to be delivered without any customs. Maybe they are learning...

I had no idea Patton had scored this as I never watched the film. I've always had a soft spot for Patton.
Agreed, I really enjoy The Place Beyond The Pines as a standalone listen.
Ditto, Baby.

It's a creepy one. I actually watched film today. Very well spent 100 minutes.
I appreciate the recommend/reminder, Tron. Chin chin.

I posted this in the Arrow thread but it doesn't look like any one posts there so I figured I'd put this here.

Arrows newest release.

Death Smiles on a Murder by Berto Pisano
ARROW RECORDS present the original soundtrack to Joe D'Amato's haunting and dreamlike Italian horror film DEATH SMILES ON A MURDERER.

Previously unpublished on vinyl, BERTO PISANO’s score is a diverse selection of captivating compositions which moves from achingly beautiful love themes (which tastefully employ strings, trumpet and EDDA DELL’ORSO’s ethereal vocals) to darkly morbid suspense cues augmented with off-kilter percussion and fuzz guitar.

This double gold vinyl edition, limited to 1000 units, has been newly mastered from the original analogue tapes by JAMES PLOTKIN and is presented on 180 gram wax, housed inside a 350 gsm sleeve. Featuring newly commissioned artwork by GILLES VRANCKX, and accompanying liner notes by STEPHEN THROWER.

*Death Smiles on a Murderer is available from Arrow Video on Blu-ray in the UK on May 21 and US May 22*

I'm picking up the film which I've never seen and will determine if I want this after that point. Seems like it may be a pretty cool release though.
