For anyone who did purchase The Southern Tenant release from Pure Destructive and is wondering about its status (it's not on the new project status page yet), I did reach out to PDR and got this reply:

We are waiting for updates from the plant on this release, because it is such a small run. We will have a release date posted on the website on Tuesday next week, after the holiday.

Sounds incredible clean for a tri-color pressing. The mastering, to my amateur ear, sounds excellent. I jumped in on this Commando splatter.

@mateo, you and me both. It's getting harder and harder for me to shell out $35-$40 for a new release. It's getting to the point where it's gotta be something I really want and I know I'll play.

Just grabbed a copy from the curator of the comp, from his discogs page, based in Italy. Really great stuff and I think most, or all, of it is first time on vinyl.

Well that's good to know. if this does turn out to work, I would probably order 'The Stuff'' and ''Exterminator'' (assuming they are still available).

Except it's already a bit suspect. They listed the titles for which they were going to have updates, and they had TST on there (The Southern Tenant). The actual update doesn't list this title at all now.

When I reached out to PDR a month or so ago for an update on this, he said that it was going to be a very small run (around 50) because of lack of pre-orders. This is all well and good, but, honestly, how difficult is it to give complete updates on products?

I'm a little ticked at this label - still waiting on my three copies of Xtro that got lost in the mail last September or so plus I pre-ordered the blood filled TCM. They were fairly responsive in November, but I only get auto respond emails back now.
